Selling my Share

Owners will be able to sell their Shares at any time, provided the buyer agrees to become a part of the Dransfield Shared Ownership arrangement for the remainder of the term.

An Owner must first offer their Share to the other Owners.

An Owner may only sell their Share and membership interest in Dransfield Shared Ownership at the same time and to the same person.  They cannot be sold separately.
