Occupancy

A Share in a Home which is divided into six Shares would entitle you to:

• 8 weeks minimum use every year
• Two weeks during school holidays each year.
• Christmas, New Years or Easter every two years.
• A fair allocation of remaining weeks between shoulder and off peak seasons.

Each Owner can then decide if they want to exchange with other Owners of your Home and Dransfield will manage this process for you.

Owners may choose to:

• Use the Home themselves during their Allocated Periods
• Allow friends or family to use the Home during their Allocated Periods
• Keep the Home vacant during their Allocated Periods
• Swap their Allocated Periods with other Owners of that Home, by agreement, or through an external exchange program if they become members of that program, or
• If permitted, rent out their Allocated Periods.
